The Angel of Christ Gospel Church Incorporated, under the spiritual leadership of Prophet (Dr.) Samuel Samiye Olabode, successfully concluded a 72-hour fasting and prayer program on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
The intensive spiritual exercise, held at Dasoromi Oluwa Prayer City, Isale Oremeji, Agugu, in Ona-Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State, witnessed the participation of church members, ministers of the gospel, and faithful from far and near who gathered in unity to seek divine intervention.
According to Prophet Olabode, the fasting and prayer program was divinely inspired and centered on spiritual renewal, national healing, and individual breakthroughs. He emphasized the importance of prayer in navigating present-day challenges, urging Christians to remain steadfast in faith and to continually intercede for peace, prosperity, and divine guidance in Nigeria.
The event, marked with fervent worship, prophetic declarations, and intercessory prayers, was described by attendees as a life-changing encounter with God. Many testified to experiencing spiritual upliftment, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.
