A young Nigerian man, Abraham Aruna, has fallen victim to an alleged fraud perpetrated by Charis Recruit Ltd., a UK-based travel agency. Mr. Aruna claims to have lost a substantial sum of £11,000 to the company, which was introduced to him by Mr. Abiola Olarenwaju.

According to Mr. Aruna, he was promised assistance with obtaining a UK work visa through Charis Recruit Ltd. Despite paying the significant fee, he has yet to receive the promised visa or a refund.

The alleged fraud has raised concerns due to the involvement of Reverend Phillips Bukola, the CEO of Charis Recruit Ltd., who is also a prominent religious figure and business owner in the UK and Nigeria. Reverend Bukola is the founder of Pentecost Baptist Church International Liverpool and owns Honor FM & Immaculate Multimedia in Ibadan.

Mr. Aruna is appealing to Nigerian law enforcement agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and Interpol, to investigate the matter and recover his lost funds. He emphasizes the urgent need for the return of his money due to the current economic hardship in Nigeria.

As this case unfolds, it serves as a cautionary tale for individuals seeking immigration assistance. It is crucial to conduct thorough research and exercise due diligence when dealing with any travel agency, especially those operating internationally.
