Speaking of a visionary leader who has a clear-edge and compelling vision for the future, and is able to inspire and motivate others to work towards achieving it, Hon Dele Adeola’s name must ring a bell. He holds true to many existential attributes; an inspiration, a leader, visionary, future-driven and a motivator.
It is indeed a rare privilege for me to work with and indeed walk by his side, under his quintessential mentorship and guidance. In many instances, when an individual is described as mentor and rated so high only and merely treat their supposedly mentees as inferiors, Hon. Adeola class is different, he did not only invest in his mentees, he provides a platform for them to thrive under his sincere guidance.
On this day, I am beyond thrilled to identify with and celebrate a fantastic role model. Someone deserving of all medals, a right go-to for all those seeking to understand how to make an impact with their lives. He has lived his past few decades for personal development, building an empire of love around him through service, commitment to the needs of the people and acing it all, – such is a life of worth, direction and impact.
Like many other persons of goodwill would acknowledge today and every other days, that he remains who he is in the scheme of things, power or position hasn’t changed his philosophy and values that are core to him, – and that is how you truly rate person of note.
