The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Community Relations (Igbo Community), Hon Innocent Tallest has celebrated 1year of Omituntun 2.0 by The Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Odogwu, Dike Eji Ejemba, Engr Seyi Makinde.
I’m very much proud and delighted to felicitate my Governor, my mentor, my inspirational leader, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde on the momentous occasion of his one year OMITUNTUN 2.0 and his five years in a roll anniversary as the Chief Servant of Oyo state on May 29, 2024.
Your Excellency, the last one year of your five years of administration has been most rewarding, remarkable and people-oriented through your diligent implementation of your People’s Charter of Needs Agenda. Commissioning of one project or the other on a monthly basis.
Your Excellency, it’s on record that within this past five years, you have surpassed our expectations on all development indices ranging from education, human capital development, agriculture, infrastructural development, economic recovery, worker’s welfare, security and industrialization of the state. Commissioning over 295km of road, a State Governor, thank you.
Your Excellency, Oyo inhabitants are happy with you for graciously clearing the arrears of pensions and gratuities of our senior citizens and paying them as at when due.
Reviving the moribund Fashola farm and other industrial areas in the state, still paying the salaries of civil servants as at when due and even paying 13th month.
Resuscitating the state owned tertiary institutions, repositioning the health, education and economic sectors as well as embarking on massive infrastructural development.
In view of the aforementioned unprecedented sterling achievements within five years in office, may I, most humbly, on behalf of my lovely family, the Igbos in Oyo State, the non-indigenes and the good people of Oyo State, convey my esteemed regards and best wishes to your Excellency as you mark this auspicious occasion of one year OMITUNTUN 2.0 anniversary in office as the Executive Governor of the Pacesetter State of the nation.
