… Congratulates Rahman/Ganiy, Councillors
Hon. Chief Akindipe Hammed Abiodun (Akinsunbo) Igbaotun extended his warmest congratulations to the entire people of Ibadan NorthWest Local Government on the victory of Hon Rahman Adepoju, Vice Chairman Hon Ganiy Omotosho and the all councillorship of the People Democratic Party PDP in just concluding local government election, April 27.
In his congratulatory message, Hon Akindipe noted that, during Hon Adepoju’s first tenure, he redefined the grassroots administration in the Ibadan NorthWest, and has proudly left a lasting legacy across the LGA from which the people shall continue to reap immense benefits.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Ibadan NorthWest Local Government, I rejoice and congratulate the party PDP, chairman Hon Rahman Adepoju, vice chairman Hon Ganiy Omotosho and the eleven (11) councillors in just concluding Oyo State local government elections.
“While I felicitate with you all, I want to urge you all to see the mandates given to you by the electorate as a call to serve, and do your best to justify the confidence reposed in you.
“It is my sincere prayer that Almighty God bestows upon you all with more wisdom, strength and prosperity in this new addition tenure in offices.”
Chief Akindipe as well commended the state governor Engr Seyi Makinde, OYSIEC, security agenda and the party for their active activities for the hitch-free nature of the poll as well as the peaceful conduct of the exercise.
