Hon. (Mrs.) Toyin Balogun, the Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs & Social Inclusion, has paid tribute to the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, the Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin,her dear brother,a leader of note in the state and her personal person on the occasion of his birthday. In her message, she praised his leadership qualities, dedication to service, and commitment to legislative excellence in the State House of Assembly
Balogun highlighted the positive impact Ogundoyin has made in the lives of the people of Oyo State, particularly through his legislative efforts and community engagement. She described him as a visionary leader who has consistently worked towards the upliftment of the state and its citizens.Shw appreciated him further for working hands in gloves with His Excellency to ensure stability in the polity with the attendant fruits of quality service ro our people
She also lauded his leadership acumen in superintending over one of the most stable House of Assembly cohorts in the history of the state which has played a key role in the development witnessed in the state because it’s when the polity,especially the legislative arm is stable without uneccesary political distractions or upheavals that the Executive Arm of governance can concentrate on its core mandate of delivering the dividends of democracy to our people
The Commissioner also expressed her gratitude for the Speaker’s collaborative approach in addressing social welfare challenges faced by the vulnerable in our midst
