
The Executive Chairman of Ibadan Northwest Local Government, Alh AbdulRahman Olanrewaju Adepoju has implored Nigerians to be optimistic in the on-gong repositioning and transformation policies embark on by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administration in restoring the lost glory of Nigeria.
This was contained in his 65th Independence Day Anniversary message to the people of Ibadan North-West Local Government, Oyo state and Nigeria as a whole.
According to the Council Boss, many challenges are being faced across all sectors in the country and these have affected the livelihood of all and sundry. He said “Rome was never built in a day, the implementation of the new policies have to take a gradual process, hence the need for Nigerians to be patient and hopeful”. He added that many developed countries have witnessed a series of challenges but due to their commitment, focus and support for one another, they were able to get to where they are today”.
As Nigeria marks his 65th Independence Day Anniversary, the Council Boss enjoined Nigerians to give maximum support and pray fervently for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in making his visions for the Country come to reality.
Alh Adepoju maintained that at the grassroot level, Ibadan Northwest Local Government remains committed to complementing the efforts of the Oyo State Government under the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Engr.Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde, in delivering people- centered governance.
